Having the right tool to lift, position and transport lighter loads is vitally important to maintaining high worker productivity while reducing the risk of injury.

Matrex has several options for handling light loads up to 300 lbs. Our MX1 product line includes a variety of narrow mast units that can be equipped with lifting and lowering platforms, forks, or a variety of optional front end attachments including booms, hooks, v-cradles and more. These manual push units have four wheels for excellent stability and exceptional maneuverability.

With the quick on-the-fly tool changes shop personnel can safely pick and place all types of products, with few limitations transporting them around the plant floor.

Standard tooling options are available, engineered tooling available upon request.

Pneumatic and Spring Control

Load and unload pallets without stooping, stretching, or walking. The P3-All Around Pneumatic and the P3-Spring Load Levelers automatically maintains pallets at a constant level and comfortable working height as layers of boxes are added or removed.

A turntable top with easy turning anti-friction bearings allow users to spin loads so they are always working from the near side without having to walk around the unit.

Works with loads from 400 - 4,500 lbs.
Requires no electrical power
Small base allows workers to stand up close to the P3 at any position
