After 29 years of working as a design draftsman and mechanical engineer in the material handling manufacturing arena. James Kowalewski forms Matrex Company in May of 2006, a Mechanical Engineering Design and Drafting Services business. He immediately begins working with local manufacturing companies to assist with engineering and drafting services.
December 2016
Matrex filed to form a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to enhance its operational efficiency and legal compliance. This transition to an LLC offers several benefits, including limited liability protection for its members and flexible taxation options. By becoming an LLC, Matrex demonstrates its commitment to good governance practices and positions itself for future growth and opportunities

Matrex adds a new line of products to its organization and becomes an SMO Dealer for industrial material handling equipment and supplies.
